Leveraging his deep experience in renewable energy project development, David directs Daroga Power’s project development strategies, strategic partnerships, and corporate relations.
Before launching Daroga Power, David founded TMG Energy, a leading energy efficiency and renewable energy installer with projects and investments throughout the U.S. The company focused on engineering design and delivering comprehensive and integrated energy solutions for any building type, from concept to completion.
With more than a decade of experience in renewable energy development and investment, Ory oversees Daroga Power’s acquisition strategy, structured finance, and innovations in operations of the company’s distributed generation portfolio. This includes the development of Daroga Power’s proprietary goCDG marketplace, the largest community distributed generation customer acquisition and billing management platform.
Before launching Daroga Power, Ory served as the CFO at 4MB Fund, a private real estate development and investment fund where he was responsible for financing complex commercial projects. Ory also has significant experience in international renewable energy project development.
As the SVP of Structured Finance for Daroga Power, Mark oversees the in-depth financial analysis and risk assessment of investment opportunities. Mark began his career with UBS capital markets in London and eventually transitioned to head of risk management in New York. Mark has held positions within other financial firms, as head of capital management for Zurich Group, chief investment officer for Gerling General as well as partner at DFA Capital Management, an ALM Advisor.
Mark has a BA, MA in Theoretical Physics from Cambridge University in England, an MBA from INSEAD in France and holds both CFA and CMT charters.
As the Chief Engineer for Daroga Power, Michael and his team are responsible for overall design, implementation, and construction of Daroga Power’s energy assets. This work includes all integration with equipment OEM’s, vendors, utility partners, and other stakeholders for turnkey installation of Daroga Power’s projects.
Michael is an experienced engineer having spent more than 30 years developing, designing, and installing large scale power generation equipment, renewable energy systems, and demand reduction projects. Michael’s vast experience includes being the Founder and Managing director of a leading Engineering Energy Firm as well as management, engineering, operations, and project development at Con Edison Solutions, Trigen Energy and Westinghouse Electric.
As the Director of Natural Gas Infrastructure Support for Daroga Power, Len oversees all communication between local natural gas serving entities and natural gas pipeline operators. Len’s valued experience and knowledge offers efficient and accurate communication when speaking with a product OEM and natural gas engineering operators.
Prior professional career included thirty-eight years of progressive positions with Consolidated Edison of New York involving the engineering, construction and operation of various aspects of the gas delivery systems serving the metro area. Notable positions held within Consolidated Edison include: Operations Manager- Pressure Control/Instrumentation & Controls, Division Manager of Regional Gas Engineering, Manager of Manhattan/Queens Gas Emergency Control Center, Manager of Regional Gas Construction, Manager of Public Improvement/Interference Planning and Manager of Manhattan Gas Distribution Services. Noteworthy awards received include 2001 Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) Product Champion Award and 1991 No Dig International Innovation Award for CONSPLIT steel pipe trenchless replacement system.
As Director of Business development for Daroga Power; Craig focuses on strategic opportunities around State and Federal policy making and incentive programs throughout the Country. Craig Wilson has over 15 years of experience in the energy industry, serving as the Executive Director of SHARE, an organization that focuses on affordable energy policy.
Craig also gained invaluable experience in the Energy Department of the NYC Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC), which was responsible for executing the City’s energy policy. At NYCEDC, he managed the implementation of the 28 recommendations made by Mayor Bloomberg’s Energy Policy Task Force, participating in the development of the energy and air quality portions of PlaNYC – the Mayor’s long-term sustainability plan – and representing the City’s interests in the NYS Energy Efficiency Portfolio Proceeding.
Prior to NYCEDC, Craig worked for the NY League of Conservation Voters as the Director of Policy and Advocacy where he was responsible for leading the organization’s efforts to pass NYC’s Solid Waste Management Plan, clean vehicle legislation and Local Law 86, a green building law.
